I agree.
I was with with T-Mobile on my last contract, and i never once had a problem. The signal strength was amazing..in fact i don't remember it ever failing, the contract was value for money and their telephone support was outstanding.
Also if i made a call, I could check on my Account on the internet and it would be registered there within minutes.
Since I have my iPhone and have been forced to switch to O2, I suffer from frequent loss of signal, and it takes up to 48 hours to update call info to my account. Are o2 living in the dark ages or what?
I love my iPhone (despite its obvious failings) but O2 suck quite monumentally.
