3.1.3..Now My Sim Doesnt Work...HELP

Hello people, I bought an iphone, and for some dumb stupid reason i updated via itunes (on the computer).... and now it doesnt recognise my sim....it says its not compatible....help...what do i do?

Did you buy your phone Jailbroken and Unlocked - if you did you may well have locked it again.

yes it was on o2 and was jb and nlocked...
