I am using Nokia N73 right now. It has 3.2 MP camera and the image comes out very good.
Although I am thinking of N95 now 8-)

I used n73,sold it couple of days before. I think cybershoot is better for good quality picture. When i was usin sonyericsson k800i, i was gettin v nice picture. though it is also 3.2 mega pixel.
