Just Updated the iPod section and wiped out some Mobile Me f

Very new to this.

Just connected/ sync'd my iPhone with the computer and said 'yes' to downloading an update to the iPod section.

Since that time, I've been unable to delete an email or respond to tone- just get an error message that says I van't move the message to the Trash folder.

Anyone any ideas as to how to fix/repair. I've reset the phone but foight shy of erasing ALL of the settings just yet.

is there any way I can 'undo' an updragde ?
