POSIX:Connection refused, what does it mean? I want Tomtom.

Hi, I jailed breaked my phone yesterday and installed installous and managed to download a couple of apps without any problems. Today i thought i'd be more adventurous and try to download TomTom UK & Ireland but i'm getting stuck. I watched a YouTube video which said you need Appsync but when i try to do this i get this error message;

POSIX: Connection refused

I don't really know what i'm doing or what that means (technology scares me!) so if anyone can help i'd really appreciate it.

Hopefully it means it has been closed down.
JailBreaking should not be used to steal apps and you certainly wont get help for warez on any legitimate site.
Please don't steal.
