Wanted to give a heads up to you lot about this new app that launched last week I think - called Nourish Daily ---- been using it for a few days now and I've got to say I'm impressed (even me, the eternal cynic). I suppose I'm not the only one that has gone soft around the middle and just can't seem to get my bloody food in order. This app involves you entering a little info about yourself (height, weight etc) and you get personalised menus of what to eat everyday (normal food - I got a ham and cheese sandwich yesterday!!), daily tips that are actually interesting, portion sizing guidance (just click on the food item), recipes and here's the bit that is so so so helpful - a weekly shopping list of what to buy. I'm already 2 pounds of weight down in 5 days and I don't feel hungry. I always like to send out info on an app I like when I finally find one (some of those useless app's out there have left me feeling disillusioned a lot of the time).
